Resolutions to Appropriation

Atarah - "inspired" by Aztec designs. The company agreed it was appropriative and retired it once it was brought to their attention.

Lumen - "inspried" by Moroccan art. The company agreed it was appropriative and retired it once it was brought to their attention. (resolved December 2015)

Ravi (now called Juliet) - Only concern was with the name. It was changed once brought to their attention. (resolved December 2015)

Sagitta - Still in production. Concerns were raised that it is appropriative of some North American indigenous arrow stylings. A company representative commented with "the arrows are literally just inspired from... arrows." That being said, we still believe the styling is in the vein of the very popular and appropriative "indian" style that is currently trendy. (last discussed December 2015)
